How much does an auction cost?Generally, agents are paid a commission based on the sale price. There is no standard or set fee, this is to be negotiated as the seller. Often, the buyer will pay the commission through what’s called a buyer's premium.

How can I set up a meeting with the auctioneer?You can call us anytime at (615) 802-6598 to be matched with an agent who can discuss every aspect of how an auction works, specific to your situation, property, or assets. Auction may not be the best option for your property, and we will let you know and help you choose the best bath to sell your property for a profit! If we don't think an auction will work for you, we won’t recommend it. However, if auction seems like the best fit, we will help you through every step of the process.
